Tallinn targets free public transportation

TALLINN- The Tallinn city government announced that it has set an aim of offering free public transport to the city’s residents starting in 2013, LETA/National Broadcasting reports.

...Mayor Edgar Savisaar said that, thus, several aims would be fulfilled: car use, traffic jams and traffic accidents would decrease and free public transport would improve the ability of poorer people to use it too.
