Free Public Transport International Meeting

Free Public Transport: "The main argument for free and accessible public transport, as part of the broader conversations taking place around the future of our cities and societies has been discussed from three core perspectives:
- Its immediate effects of bringing the citizens together and of changing their culture.
- Its importance in tackling a specific problem of the daily lives of large groups or even the majority of the population, as an intervention in the public debate on tangible socially and ecologically sustainable alternatives.
- Its indirect effect of furthering the development of strategies oriented towards a needed socio-ecological transformation."
